Kenyans react on PSCU’s disbandment

Presidential Strategic Communications Unit (PSCU) has been disbanded. All the  directors will be redeployed.

Directors of PSCU included; Denis Ole Itumbi, James Kinyua, Munyori Buku and Eric Ng’eno.

Unconfirmed reports indicate that PSCU was disbanded after its directors reacted to the New York Time’s article over President Uhuru’s vindication from the International Criminal Court, where he faced crimes against  humanity charges.

#PSCUDisabanded has been trending on Twitter, with Kenyans reacting on the surprising news.

“When you insult the Prince and next commander in chief, be prepared to be shown the door @Hon_Kiptoo #PSCUDisbanded,” @biketi said.

”As for now, everybody sit tight at home.’ Is #PSCUDisbanded?,” @ntvkenya wondered.

“LOL #PSCUDisbanded is a step in the right direction. The team was a letdown to civilisation. Waste of resources,” said oscar_mwanyota.

@Ikaaria twitted: “@UKenyatta, Hi boss, after #PSCUDisbanded, I am aware there are vacancies & that u need a few good men!! Can I get a job now??”

Senate Deputy Majority Leader who is also the Elgeyo-Marakwet Senator Kipchumba Murkomen reacted to the news and twitted:

“I stand by Munyori Buku, Denis Itumbi and Eric Ngeno they are great gentlemen  and true believers of Jubilee. I doubt the story of disbandment.”
