Deputy President William Ruto, is likely not to attend Monday’s (today), presidential running mates presidential debate.
Nasa presidential deputy candidate, Kalonzo Musyoka, is also not likely to avail himself for the highly advertised debate.

They include; Joseph Momanyi, Moses Maranga, Eliud Kariara, Titus N’getuny, Miriam Mutua, Emmanuel Nzai, Ruto and Musyoka.
They accused Debates Media Ltd of not engaging them on the matter, before advertising the event. Most of the deputies said they heard about i, through the media.
“I am surprised no one has engaged me on the debate. Courtesy demands that date, time, rules of engagement would have been made available,” DP Ruto twitted, Sunday, evening.
Jubilee Party’s Kikuyu MP Ichung’wa indicated that Ruto would be campaigning in Coast, same day, and that there is a possibility he (Kimani), represents Ruto, at the debate.
On the other hand, Kalonzo and his Nasa brigade will be campaigning in Homa Bay county, and he was yet to confirm if he will attend, by the time of this publication.
However, Debates Media Ltd chairman Wachira Waruru insists there was a formal communication about the event, and that it would go on as planned.
