Latest Infotrak poll shows that the presidential race between Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta, is a neck-to-neck race.
The poll indicates Odinga who is the NASA presidential candidate leads by 49 percent support against the Jubilee Party leader Kenyatta’s 48 percent.
With only 7 days remaining to the polls day, Alliance for Real Change candidate Mohammed Abduba Dida comes 3rd at 0.3 percent support and Dr Ekuru Aukot of the Thirdway Allliance comes 4th at 0.1 percent.
Releasing the poll, which was conducted between July 27th and 31st, Infotrak CEO Angella Ambitho said 2 percent of those surveyed were undecided.
According to the pollster, Raila leads in Coast, Eastern, Western, Nyanza and Nairobi regions, while Uhuru enjoys massive following from Rift Valley, Central and North Eastern regions.
The survey which saw 5,000 voters polled in all the 47 counties, also shows that Odinga is gaining popularity in Rift Valley, while Uhuru is gaining popularity in Coast region.
